Refund and Returns Policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER

If you are a consumer than for most Goods (other than Bespoke Goods), you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the Contract within 14 days (beginning on the day after you or someone nominated by you receives the Goods) and receive a full refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

To cancel the Contract, please contact us by phone or email. Please provide details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it, and your name and address.

    1. If you cancel the Contract after Goods have been despatched to or received by you, you must return them to us in their original packaging wherever possible without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel the Contract.
    2. We will pay costs of return if the Goods are faulty or misdescribed or if you cancel the Contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the Goods, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to Events Outside Our Control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of returning the Goods to us.
    3. We will refund you the price you paid for the Goods, but may make a deduction to reflect any decrease in value of the Goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the Goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount. We will make refunds to you by the same method you used to pay for the Goods.
